On January 25, 2019, H.E Mr. Giscard El Khoury presented to the President of Kyrgyz Republic, H.E. Mr. Sooronbay Jeenbekov the Letter of Credence, accrediting His Excellency as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Lebanon to Kyrgyz Republic with residencе in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
