The registration of vital records is applicable solely to Lebanese citizens. Palestinians holder of travel documents issued by Lebanon cannot register their vital records but can instead legalize them at the Embassy.
Marriage
For the registration of your Marriage:
1- Fill out an application for Personal file and Marriage Registration Form
2- Send it with the required documents mentioned in the application, to the Embassy
This formality is free of charge.

Birth
For the registration of the birth of your Child:
1- Fill out an application for Personal file and Birth Registration Form.
2- Send it with the required documents mentioned in the application, to the Embassy.
