Please provide the following documents:
- Personal attendance with original of passport or ID or written request to issue the document in Arabic or English (Original) sent by courier post.
- Police Clearance (Criminal Record) legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lebanon (Original + Copy) issued no more than 3 months before applying.
- Copy of passport (first three pages and all pages with visas and exit/entry stamps.
- Consular fees – 15 USD.
The Embassy issues attestations to Lebanese citizens who apply for a new passport for underage children in Lebanon.
Please provide the following documents:
- Personal attendance with original of passport or ID or written request to issue the attestation in Arabic or English (Original) sent by courier post.
- Copy of passports of parents (first three pages).
- Blue card for Palestinian Refugees.
- Family Civil Extract (Ikhraj Kaid) or Lebanese Marriage certificate.
- Birth certificate of child.
- Full address in Lebanon and in Kazakhstan.
- Consular fees – 15 USD.
The Embassy issues attestations to Lebanese citizens who want to register their marriage abroad.
Please provide the following documents:
- Individual or Family Civil Extract legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and of Lebanon, issued no more than 3 months before applying
- Police clearance (Criminal Record) legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lebanon issued no more than 3 months before applying
